The registration link above will take you to LeagueApps, a secure platform we’re using to manage registration, payment and scheduling.

Waivers will be required for all participants - the most efficient method will be for your team members to sign up and complete waivers through LeagueApps after you’ve completed your company/team registration. We will also have the pre-printed waivers available to be signed at the check-in and registration desk on the evening of the event. Please arrive early so your team is ready to start dodging balls at 4:00 sharp! We will send a schedule of your team’s matches in advance of the event.

• Platinum Sponsorship - Includes company logo on event signage including naming rights for one of the eight dodgeball courts/fields, and inclusion in communications, website, social media and PR. Platinum Sponsorship includes one full team registration and 10 additional raffle tickets. Additionally, Platinum Sponsors will get the first consideration if the final bracket configuration includes “bye” spots.

• Gold Sponsorship - Includes prominent branding on bleachers facing the common area and inclusion in communications, website, social media and PR. Food & Drink Sponsorship includes one full team registration and five additional raffle tickets.

• Silver Sponsorship - Food Court - Includes branding at the food and drink stations and inclusion in communications, website, social media and PR. Food & Drink Sponsorship includes one full team registration and five additional event tickets.

• Silver Sponsorship - Audio/Visual - Includes branding at the large screen where event schedules and results are posted, and where we will host karaoke later in the evening; inclusion in communications, website, social media and PR.
